Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Gangapure Maths Classes, Ausa, we value the trust you place in our educational services. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our website and Android app subscriptions.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription to online courses at any time. However, the cancellation will only stop future billings; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
- Offline Batches: Cancellation of admission for offline coaching must be submitted in writing at our Ausa center at least 7 days before the start of a new monthly batch.
2. Refund Eligibility
General Rule: Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase or enrollment. If 7 days have passed since your transaction, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
- Digital Courses/App Access: Refunds are only applicable if the digital content has not been accessed/streamed for more than 2 hours or if there is a verified technical defect in the app preventing access.
- Admission Fees: One-time registration or admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Duplicate Payments: In case of a duplicate payment due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded in full after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloadable PDF study materials and e-books once downloaded.
- Mock test series that have already been attempted.
- Short-term "Crash Courses" or "Exam Special Batches."
4. Refund Process and Timeline
We process all refunds through our payment partners, Razorpay and Paytm.
- Source of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during the purchase.
- Processing Time: Once approved, the refund is initiated within 2 working days. However, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's internal policies.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account/statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gmathsclasses.in.
