3. User Eligibility & Obligations

As our services target students in classes 5th to 10th, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Use the service solely for personal educational purposes.
• Refrain from prohibited activities, including hacking, data scraping, or sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.

4. Pricing & Payments

All fees are listed on the platform and are subject to change.

• Billing: Payments are processed via Razorpay and Paytm. By choosing these methods, you agree to their respective terms of service.
• Taxes: Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Renewals: For monthly subscription models, users are responsible for timely renewals to ensure uninterrupted access to the Android app and classes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including video lessons, 3D visualizations, and proprietary notes, are the exclusive intellectual property of Gangapure Maths Classes.

• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view the content.
• Copyright Protection: Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of our content is a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gangapure Maths Classes provides educational resources "as is." We do not guarantee specific academic results or marks. The Company shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital platforms or any technical disruptions beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Links & Services Disclaimer

Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways like Razorpay/Paytm or external educational tools). We do not control or endorse these external platforms and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or business practices.

• You engage in abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or fellow students.
• There is a failure to clear outstanding dues or fees.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ausa / Latur, Maharashtra.

10. Modification Clause

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
